A Sweet Gift From Friends

 Today walking out to get the mail I was hoping to find my drivers license ( passed the road test just over a week ago) as I've been anxiously awaiting it. Found it through the letters, but what I wasn't expecting to find, was a package from a few of my dearest friends, Liz and Hope. They are two of the most genuine, sweet girls. I am truly blessed by their friendship. If you're reading this Hope and Liz, thank you soooo much. I so very much appreciate this and am very touched. You made my day! Love you girls!

A Peek Into My Sketchbook

50 Followers!!

Hello my friends! I can't believe what I found when I logged in to my account today. I reached 50 followers! Thank you all so much for reading my blog. I'm so thankful for each and every one of you.
I've been quite busy lately but hope to make a mail update very soon and will be planning out a giveaway. :) 

Where My Inspiration Begins....

The past few weeks I've been busy with taking an online art workshop. Through this I have learned to enjoy myself and not compare myself to others. This is all new to me. I'm having so much fun. I've learned that being myself and making something that I'm proud of means more to me than trying to copy someone elses style. Our first assignment for week one was to create a workspace and inspiration board.

In the corner of my room you can find the place where I just love to be. A place where I get inspired and spend time creating. On my desk I have washi tape, a candle, pens, pencils, paint and paint brushes. Everything I need is readily available. Even if I have just a few minutes, I can enjoy a little time for myself. :)

This is my inspiration wall. Postcards, quotes, pictures and notes. Some of my favorite things that inspire me. :)

Incoming and Update

Hello! I want to thank you all so much for commenting on my last post. You were all so helpful. Thanks! I'm not totally sure that I have everything resolved yet but I was reading on Google about how someone stopped posting for a few days and tried again and it worked. So  I hope that's all it is and that I can start writing again. :) I feel behind on posting my incoming mail so I decided to just post all that I've gotten so far this month. :) I put the letters and postcards together.

hello friends,
I've missed blogging very much lately. At the end of June I was in the middle of uploading photos for a post and Blogger stopped the process. In order to upload photos again, I must pay for more storage. It says I've reached my 1gb of storage. Is this something I have to do? Have any of you seen this message? Papers Source - Part 2

The Paper Source

Going into the Paper Source is a mail lovers dream. They sell everything from stationery, journals, sheets of paper, books, etc... I had wanted to go after hearing about it from Elle but with it being a long drive away my mom and I didn't find time to go until a couple weeks ago. I thought I'd share with you a glimpse through my lens of  the store. :)
